Our company undertakes the shipment of the products to our logistics company warehouse, in Aspropyrgos, Athens.
The cost of products from Cyprus-Nicosia in the warehouse of the transport company we cooperate with, is FREE, with the purchase of products of €2501 and above.
For orders whose total is less than €2500, a certain fee applies automatically, from our webshop. (*Heavy Granite bases may affect delivery charges)
Currently, the ship is departing from Limassol's port to Piraeus port, every Thursday and needs about 4-6 days to arrive in Piraeus port. Usually, all of our orders that depart every Thursday from Limassol's port, arriving in our warehouse in Athens, by next Thursday.
The customer will be prior informed when products arrive in Athens warehouse, and is responsible of arranging pick up, to the final destination (home, office etc) maximum, after 3 working days, otherwise additional charges may apply.
Products need approximate 15-19 working days, to arrive in our warehouse in Aspropyrgos (Athens), from the date orders received.
For home delivery of products, our company will contact you to arrange the cost. The delivery is made with our carrier.
For product assembly, if and when requested, our company will contact you to calculate the cost.
In case you did a mistake or you want to change your products within your order, please contact as at info@komodromos.gr, to proceed with all appropriate changes, before your order leaves our warehouse.(Usually 4-5 working days)
For Orders based on Cyprus, there is a delivery cost 100euros per order. Addionaly Forklift charges apply, for products delivered to Flats, depending on the Floor level.
